To which countries do you deliver?

We currently ship within the EU, the US and Canada as part of a test for the Asphalt brand. After we review the results and in celebration of Asphalt's 20th anniversary, we’ll do our best to expand shipping worldwide.

What is a pre-registration?

As mentioned on the product pages, we’ll be doing a pre-registration for this EU drop. The website will open in early October and remain available for about a week. Once the pre-order period ends, we’ll begin production. After production is complete, your order will be shipped to you.

How long does it take to receive my item?

As mentioned above, we are using a pre-registration model. Once the limited-edition drop ends, we’ll produce the merch and ship it directly to your doorstep. You can expect a 1-2 month delivery timeframe after placing your order. Since this is a test to gauge player interest in Asphalt merch, we’ll aim to speed up delivery for the worldwide launch.

Why is shipping more expensive compared to large retailers?

As much as we’d love to offer fast and free shipping, we're a small-scale merch shop and can’t cover all the costs. To make up for this, we’ve set affordable prices, especially considering the top-tier quality of our products.

What is Asphalt brand?

Asphalt is a popular racing game franchise developed by Gameloft. Known for its high-quality gameplay, stunning graphics, and a wide selection of real-world cars, Asphalt offers players an immersive racing experience. Since its debut in 2004, the franchise has expanded across multiple platforms, including mobile devices, PCs, and consoles. What can I do if an item / size is sold out?

Please go to the Stay in touch page and be the first to know when a restock is happening / new products are coming.

What if my measurements are in between sizes?

If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a looser fit, or the smaller size if you prefer a tighter fit. Our products generally fit true to size, except for items labeled ""oversized"" (as noted on the product page), which already have a loose fit—you can choose a smaller size for these.

How can I know the right size?

On the product page, a size guide and video are available that show how you can estimate your size.

What is the shipping policy for my country ?

What if my package gets delivered damaged?

Please click the button here to fill out a form, and we’ll investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible with more information. We’re not responsible for the shipping process, but if your product wasn’t delivered or arrived damaged, please provide the details in the form.

What if I want to retour my package?

Please send your return to: Gameloft Merch Team, 14 rue Auber, Paris, France 75009. You have 14 days to return packages, starting from the delivery date as indicated by the tracking code. Once we receive the items in undamaged condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that Gameloft is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you wish to return your package, complete the form on the Gameloft support page here, and we’ll get in touch with you. After mailing your package, kindly update us in the email thread with the tracking code.

What if my package gets lost?

Please contact us here at the merch section. Once done, we can look into the matter and get back to you asap with more information.

Do I have to pay custom duties or extra taxes?

Taxes are the responsibility of Gameloft. Gameloft reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
