Why is shipping more expensive compared to large retailers?
As much as we’d love to offer fast and free shipping, we’re a small-scale merch shop and can’t cover all the costs. To make up for this, we’ve set affordable prices, especially considering the top-tier quality of our products.

What can I do if an item / size is sold out?

What if my measurements are in between sizes?
If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a looser fit, or the smaller size if you prefer a tighter fit. Our products generally fit true to size, except for items labeled “”oversized”” (as noted on the product page), which already have a loose fit—you can choose a smaller size for these.
How can I know the right size?
On the product page, a size guide and video are available that show how you can estimate your size.
What if my package gets delivered damaged?
Please click the button here to fill out a form, and we’ll investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible with more information. We’re not responsible for the shipping process, but if your product wasn’t delivered or arrived damaged, please provide the details in the form.
What if I want to retour my package?
Please send your return to: Gameloft Merch Team, 14 rue Auber, Paris, France 75009. You have 14 days to return packages, starting from the delivery date as indicated by the tracking code. Once we receive the items in undamaged condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that Gameloft is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you wish to return your package, complete the form on the Gameloft support page here, and we’ll get in touch with you. After mailing your package, kindly update us in the email thread with the tracking code.
What if my package gets lost?

Do I have to pay custom duties or extra taxes?
